8. Termination and Account Closure
8.1 Voluntary Closure
You may close your 18jl5 account at any time by contacting customer support and requesting account closure. Upon closure, you must withdraw any remaining balance in your account. If you fail to withdraw your balance within ninety (90) days of account closure request, 18jl5 reserves the right to deduct administrative fees from the remaining balance.
